11.2. The services provided by Helia Technologies may be subject to additional terms and conditions, and you will be required to accept such terms and conditions before using such services.

11.3. The services provided by Helia Technologies may also be subject to additional fees, and you will be required to pay such fees before using such services.

Artificial Intelligence

12.1. Helia Technologies uses AI to improve the performance of the services provided.

12.2. You understand and agree that the use of AI by Helia Technologies is experimental and that the results obtained from the use of AI may not be accurate or reliable.

12.3. Helia Technologies will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of AI by the Service.

General

13.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

13.2. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in New York and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.

13.3. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
